Thank you for shopping with Saint Integrity Boutique. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped from our warehouse and fulfilled via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please note:
- Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.
- Saint Integrity Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages
Saint Integrity Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- Reach out to us at: support@saintintegrityboutique.com and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Saint Integrity Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@saintintegrityboutique.com — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled. If Order is fulfilled and a carrier used, decides to make a correction of the wrong address, any bill/amount incurred/charged as a result, will be passed unto the customer/buyer of an item .
